Clinical Manager

We are currently looking for qualified candidates to fill a Clinical Manager position for the Bryan, Defiance and Wauseon areas. The Clinical Manager is responsible for implementing client services that address the A Renewed Mind mission while providing them in a manner consistent with the organization's vision and values. Ideal candidates will possess dynamic management skills to assist with program development and supervision. Qualified candidates must carry an LISW/LISW-S or LPCC/LPCC-S license and have at three years of supervisory experience. We are offering a sign-on bonus for this position.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Develop, in conjunction with the Management Team, proposed objectives, staffing patterns, and clinical service needs.

  • Implement programming that addresses client needs and meets all applicable standards. 

  • Provide managerial and clinical oversight to all team members assigned to the program.

  • Recommend a system of programming for achieving budget goals and assure quality of care by adhering to relevant best practices and state mandated requirements.

Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification:

Required (at minimum):

  • Master's Degree

  • LISW/LISW-S or LPCC/LPCC-S

  • Extensive experience in the treatment and care of children, adolescents, and/or adults with mental health or substance use issues

  • Three years of prior supervisory experience
