Program Supervisor

A Renewed Mind is a private, not for profit 501(c)(3) behavioral health care organization. We are currently looking for qualified individuals to fill a Program Supervisor position that will oversee the Defiance, Wauseon and Napoleon loactions.  This position is responsible for implementing client services that address the A Renewed Mind mission and are provided in a manner consistent with the organization's vision and values. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Develop proposed objectives, staffing patterns and needs for clinical services.

  • Assist in the implementation and design of programming that addresses client needs and meets all applicable standards. 

  • Provide managerial oversight to the Behavioral Specialists assigned to the program, including scheduling, coaching and timesheet completion.

  • Work with other staff to identify program development and growth opportunities.

  • Ensure that treatment decisions are made in the best interest of the client.



  • LSW, LPC or CDCA

  • Three to five years of experience in behavioral health care
