Driver or Driver/Dispatcher

A Renewed Mind is a private, not for profit 501(c)(3) behavioral health care organization. We work to deliver personalized, high quality behavioral health services to our community in a compassionate manner. We are currently looking for qualified individuals to fill several part time Driver positions for the School-Based, After School Program at our Toledo, OH location.  This position is responsible for transporting clients to and from A Renewed Mind clinical services in a safe and professional manner.

Driver Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Pick up clients from their home and school using the assigned route to ensure timely arrival and departure.

  • Ensure appropriate behaviors are maintained by staff and clients at all times; provide de-escalation interventions when needed.

  • Assist passengers in and out of the vehicle as needed.

  • Maintain an active driver's license and clean driving record.
     

Driver/Dispatcher Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Create, prioritize and maintain schedules for client transport.

  • Track and maintain client call log.

  • Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions.

  • Monitor and maintain client address information to ensure accuracy.

Education/Experience/Licensure/Certification:

Required:

  • Active driver's license

  • Good driving record

  • Experience navigating around Toledo and the surrounding areas
