Client Care Specialist 

A Renewed Mind is a private, not for profit 501(c)(3) behavioral health care organization. We are currently looking for qualified candidates to fill a Client Care Specialist position.  This position is responsible for ensuring that clients are welcomed to A Renewed Mind in a professional and friendly manner while treating them with respect and dignity during all interactions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Immediately greet and check-in clients and/or visitors when they enter the agency in a manner that is helpful and friendly; determine the purpose of the visit and direct clients/visitors accordingly.

  • Answer multi-line telephone system; triage calls to determine the nature and urgency of the caller's needs; accurately distribute phone calls, faxes, mail, and messages.

  • Verify and update all client demographic and insurance information at each visit.

  • Inform clients of any existing balance noted on ARM system/EHR and request client prepare for any payment at the time of service.

  • Schedule new client and follow-up appointments in EHR system as needed for all clients.



  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Three years of relevant experience OR

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
