Mental Health Services

Mental health services are provided to clients who experience a wide range of mental health difficulties, including: depression, anxiety, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, mood disorders, behavioral problems, problems managing stress and demands of daily life, and other mental health related issues.

A Renewed Mind takes an educational and therapeutic approach to the prevention and treatment of traumatic stress disorders.

The evidence based curriculum is designed to enable clients with an understanding of trauma and the ability to gain control of trauma related reactions triggered by current daily life stresses.

Therapy both empowers and challenges trauma survivors to become highly focused and mindful to make good decisions and to build healthy relationships.

Our treatment philosophy includes services that are holistic, respectful, and empowering. We see our clients and their families as respected experts and partners in the treatment process.

Our staff is trained in a variety of evidence-based practices including: Seeking Safety, Trauma-Focused CBT, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and Aggression Replacement Therapy, among others.

Clients have the opportunity to participate in individual and group counseling and Community Psychiatric Supportive Treatment (CPST-Case Management). Family members, sober supportive peers, and various stakeholders are encouraged to actively participate in the recovery lifestyle development of each client served by A Renewed Mind.
